This is a tailor made travel. As mentionned in our terms and conditions our cancellation policy as well as our deposit requirement are different for tailormade travels.

Cancellation policy for 'Nepal pilgrimage 2018 with Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche':

o Cancellation by 31 March 2018: 30 dollar processing fee
o Cancellation between 1 April 2018 and 30 April 2018: 25 % of the total amount
o Cancellation between 1 May 2018 and 31 May 2018: 50 % of the total amount
o Cancellation between 1 June 2018 and 31 July 2018: 75% of the total amount
o Cancellation after 31 July 2018: 100% of the total amount

Deposit requirement for 'Nepal pilgrimage 2018 with Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche':

In order to secure your participation, the down payment of 40% must be transferred in our bank account one week after registration.
With your (down) payment you accept the terms and conditions.

The remaining amount you need to pay one month before your arrival in Kathmandu, meaning before 14 aug 2018.
